Weekend of family, fun, floodings, & friends

We were quite busy this past weekend. We helped our friends, Rick & Vonnie, move on Saturday. It was an all day thing... Dusty was quite tired & sore.... he did a lot more work than me! Needless to say, we slept well that night. It was fun to spend the day with friends.

Sunday Dusty had to work 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. We went to church and than ate at Taco Mayo. After Dusty got off work, we made the short trip down to Carnegie to spend the afternoon and evening with Dusty's family. His two sisters and their families that live out of town came for the week. We had a good time seeing everyone and visiting and playing. Dusty & I each had a turn at playing Barbies with the girls. :) Cayson fought his nap all day, so they didn't get to see much of him. I had to keep putting him down to nap in the back bedroom. He did get some cuddle time with everyone. Here's a picture of his big cousin, Jayce, hanging out with him.

The Washita River that runs through Carnegie has flooded due to the huge amounts of rain. Dusty & I went to the dam to look at it. It was so amazing. The water flowing over the dam was so powerful and strong. The river also flooded the park and rodeo arena. It was a neat site.
