Cayson has been asking daily to build a snowman… the snow is very dry and doesn’t pack well so we’ve been waiting for it to melt a bit to be packable. Today, he & Dusty attempted a mini-snowman. Dusty said Cayson kept destroying it every time he got it built so he eventually gave up! He did get a few cute pictures for this momma!
Oh, and notice his gloves are duct taped on… they will not stay on so Dusty did some “engineering!”
Yesterday, we “hit the slopes” for some family sledding – minus Taryn. It was great cold fun!

In case you don’t know the weather situation here… ice, sleet & snow! We were blessed to have not lost electricity… thank you, Lord! Cayson & Dusty have been taking advantage of the snowy conditions – a rare site in Oklahoma. They went sledding yesterday & today with Grandaddy.

I’ve been on a hiatus… thanks to a faulty hard drive – now fixed- and busy getting ready for Christmas and Baby Taryn’s arrival! Here are a few of my recent pictures…

Here’s my little helper… he helped me make Chex Mix & Puppy Chow the other day. He was so excited to be helping… he kept telling me, “I’m so EXCITED, Mommy!” He’s such a sweetie!
This morning, he decided he wanted to lay in front of the fire with Patches… Patches was not thrilled to have company… especially a very attentive toddler.
