Loads of stuff & pictures

Wow! We had a busy weekend. Or maybe it was really a busy Friday and Sunday and not as busy Saturday. Does that make sense? It does in my head, so here it goes....

Friday was Super Shopping Day!!!! Dusty took off early as in 10 am and we went to Oklahoma City to shop for Cayson's birthday and party. We had so many places to go! I'll list out where we went for you to see how our day was.... Hancock Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, Party Galaxy, Garden Ridge, Chili's (lunch), Super Target, Toys R Us, Quail Springs Mall, Lowe's, Hancock Fabrics (again - as in 2 times in one day). Whew! I am tired again just from reading that. My guys were both major troopers and put up with me for the day. Can you believe that?

Fast forward to Sunday/today. Cayson was dedicated at church this morning. I was a nervous wreck about having to stand in front of so many people... I survived and Cayson did wonderful. He actually sat through the whole service. He fell asleep half way through the service. We were excited because my parents, Dusty's parents, Michelle, and my sister & brother-in-law came to the service. Here are a couple of pics...

This afternoon was Brayden's first birthday party!!!!! Brayden just cracked everyone up. He was running everywhere - there's no walking when it comes to Brayden. I can't believe how active that boy is! Cayson pretty much stayed in one place while Brayden ran from one end of the room to the other kicking balloons the whole way.

The cutest thing ever was Cayson trying to love on Brayden. This is Cayson trying to give Brayden a kiss... (isn't that soooo sweet?)Brayden wasn't too sure about that.... so Brayden ran from Cayson... and Cayson followed...

As you can see, Brayden didn't want any lovin' from Cayson!!!

One of the funniest things of the day - Brayden eating his cake... he hated the experience! He didn't want to have anything to do with the cake. Can't you see what he's thinking, "Why are they forcing me to eat this yummy, sweet cake?"

Cayson and Aunt Rebecca - He wouldn't look at me because he couldn't keep his eyes off her cake and ice cream. He wanted it soooo badly.

Hunkered down for the walk home from the party. He was a little worn out.
