Happy Mother's Day to all my fellow moms! Hope everyone had a great day and was able to enjoy quality time with their family like I did.
We celebrated Mother's Day with my mom on Saturday night. We ate at Alfredo's and then came to our house for the before mentioned chocolate sheet cake and presents. Here are a couple pictures from that...
Here Cayson is kissing his baby. Isn't he a sweetie? This morning, Cayson and I went to church. It was a wonderful service and I thoroughly enjoyed the message and music. Cayson and Dusty gave me some charms for my Pandora bracelet and Dusty gave me permission to get an iPod! Thanks!!!!! Here are some pictures of me and my little guy...
Dusty had a hard time getting any decent pictures of Cayson... he wasn't cooperating with the camera. I won't bore you with all the out-takes.
We went on a nice long walk this afternoon and then we met our friends, Scott, Lindey, & Rylan, at the park. Cayson enjoyed playing with Rylan!

Swinging...
He kept sliding farther down in the swing
Swinging with Daddy (and that is Scott swinging in the "Big swing")After the park, we went and visited my grandma and grandpa.
One funny thing about our visits to my grandparents. Grandma has a plastic pitcher & cups set that was my aunt's when she as a child (so it's old! Ha ha!). Grandma has taught Cayson how to play pretend with it. We pretend fill the cup up and he will drink away and then hand the cup back to be refilled. It's so funny!
Here's grandma opening a Mother's Day giftIt was a wonderful Mother's Day. I was thinking about last year's Mother's Day - my first. Cayson was soooo tiny and was on his bili blanket for his jaundice. What a change a year can bring! I am blessed to have such a wonderful son and husband. I am grateful to have a fabulous mom, a wonderful grandma, and a super mother in law!
