Things have been interesting around our house... yesterday was a fun day - we went to our church's Family Life Center to walk and play basketball yesterday morning. Cayson had a blast running around and playing with a basketball. He got to burn all of his energy!
Last night, we went to the WHS vs Clinton basketball game. Dusty had to work security at the game so Cayson & I went to watch the game. It was fun - we got to see our aunts and Keith & Rebecca. Cayson and I left early so he could go to bed - he was so tired! Dusty got home around 10ish and then his fire pager went off at 11 pm. There was a structure fire at a local Mexican restaurant. I finally drifted off to sleep while my honey was out battling a fire. He didn't make it home until 4 am!
Then, this morning, Cayson kept crying in his sleep so we were up and down. He finally woke up around 8:45 - that is sleeping in for Cayson! He ate all of his morning banana and drank quite a bit of his milk but wouldn't touch his bran muffins. Ah, then it all made a second appearance on his high chair tray. Fun, fun. So, our little boy is super sick. He's been laying on the love seat all morning. He's watching Mickey Mouse and napping and hasn't done anything else. Poor little guy. I am praying that Dusty & I don't get it!
So that is our last 24 hours in a nutshell.
Poor little guy. I feel his pain I would love to be spread out on the couch right now. Well I think mine is over so hopefully he will be better in a day or so.
ReplyDeleteaww, poor baby :(
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry he's feeling so bad.
Hope you guys are able to steer clear of it!
Holy Cow... That is awful... He does look awful sweet laying there though!! :)
ReplyDeleteI hope he feels better soon!! Not to change the subject, but what mexican restraunt was on fire?
ReplyDeletepoor boy! I am sorry to hear that he is sick with the stomach crud. It's no fun and makes me sad to see little ones not feel good. Ryan and I ousted, lysoled and washed our hands like CRAZY (our dry, cracked hands are proof) and we didn't catch it over the 3 weeks that the boys were battling. I hope he gets better very soon!
ReplyDeletePoor baby! Hope he's feeling better soon, and that the rest of you stay healthy!
ReplyDeleteYour blog is great!
