…. or take them in your backpack to save money. Ha ha!
I had bought Dusty tickets to Bedlam at the Brick for Valentine’s Day so we headed to the game Saturday with Cayson excitedly in tow. Miss T stayed behind at Granny & Grandaddy’s. I don’t know that I can even describe Cayson’s excitement over the baseball game. He was so concerned as we were stuck in traffic downtown that we were going to miss the ballgame. He kept telling us in a sad voice, “We’re going to miss the baseball game.”
After the first pitch was thrown, Cayson loudly yelled, “High ball!” Everyone around us started cracking up that this little kid was calling the pitches. He cheered loudly for both teams, jumping up and down and clapping. He enjoyed his peanuts, Cracker Jacks and Dots ice cream.
He held his glove up the majority of the game waiting to catch a foul ball.
Sunday morning, when Cayson got up he told me he had a tummy ache because “he needed to go to another OU baseball game. “ I’d say he enjoyed America’s favorite sport!
How fun!! That boy is so funny!!
