Pumpkin Pickin'

We had a fun day today - lots of running around - we really weren't home much! Cayson & I did a little garage saling (if saling is a word) this morning and then hung out at the police dept. Cayson is great entertainment for everyone. He thinks he has to go check out the squad room (the patrol officers' office) every few minutes to make sure nobody is in there. If someone is in there, he has to go show off to them every few minutes. He loves to pound and tickle everyone and pretty much just shows off.



After Cayson's morning nap, we met Michelle for lunch. The three of us went to McLemore's farm to get pumpkins and gourds. I got some last week from them at the Canna Festival but needed more and Michelle needed some pumpkins for her spectacular fall decorating. The farm was such a neat little place! They had all kinds of pumpkins and gourds plus adorable farm animals. Cayson loved the baby calfs... as did I (that's saying a lot for this non-country girl). They had baby pigs, chickens, cows, burrows, etc. They also have an awesome play area which Cayson loved. He kicked and screamed all the way to the car when it was time to leave. I tried to get some pictures but the little guy was just a bit busy... they have areas set up for perfect photo ops... as you can see, my son wasn't sitting still so these are all action shots. :)
